What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. If it's delayed, your driver adjusts to the new landing time and waits for you at no extra cost.
How will I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will meet you at the arrivals exit holding a sign with your name. We also share the driver's contact details before your transfer.
How do I pay?
In the last booking step you choose one of the available methods: pay in the vehicle in cash (EUR, TRY, USD, GBP) or by card, or prepay by bank transfer. Prepaid (online) methods come with a better price.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
All our prices are per vehicle and fixed; the number of passengers does not change the price. Tolls, regular luggage and 60 minutes of free waiting are included. Extra services such as additional waiting time or large sports equipment are shown separately when booking.
Do child seats cost extra?
One child seat per vehicle is free. In the extras step of the booking you can choose an infant seat (0-10 kg), a child seat (9-18 kg) or a booster seat (15-36 kg); additional seats come at a small charge.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the transfer time are free of charge; any prepayment is refunded in full to your original payment method within 14 days. No refund is made for cancellations within the last 24 hours or in case of a no-show. See our cancellation policy for details.
